This is a framework agreement for large-scale facilities management across the entire UK public sector. You need significant experience delivering FM services to government/public bodies, substantial insurance and bonding capacity, and the ability to manage multiple sites and services simultaneously; most one-person or very small trades will be outcompeted by larger FM companies.
