What the buyer wants
• Provide accommodation-based support services (the council notes you arrange the accommodation, they pay for support delivery only) • Deliver trauma-informed, person-centred support to help vulnerable adults stabilise, develop life skills, and move towards independent living • Work with mental health, substance use, housing and other services to coordinate care and achieve positive outcomes
