In plain English

The British Council is looking to hire a curator and producer to organise a Human-Nature showcase in Malaysia. The event will support the 2027 UK-Malaysia Spotlight, and the contract is valued at £96,000.

What the buyer wants

• Curate and produce a Human-Nature showcase for Malaysia • Deliver the showcase as part of the 2027 UK MY Spotlight programme • Work to the Human-Nature theme set out in the notice

Requirements

What could rule a small business out (our reading of the notice, written with AI): The notice does not list eligibility criteria, but the specialist curation and production role for an overseas event in Malaysia would most likely rule out businesses without relevant arts curation experience or the ability to deliver in Malaysia.

Always check the tender documents.

How to bid

This is an open tender: any eligible business can respond directly to the buyer by the deadline, with no framework membership needed.
