Likely requirements
Our reading of the notice. Always check the tender documents.
This contract is for specialist mental health and social care provision. You will almost certainly be disqualified unless you have direct experience delivering mental health recovery services, proper social care registration or eligibility, safeguarding compliance, and the financial stability to serve a local authority. Traditional tradespeople (builders, electricians, cleaners) cannot bid unless they operate as a registered social care provider.
How to bid
This is a Dynamic Purchasing System: an open list of approved suppliers. You can apply to join at any time while it runs, and once accepted you can bid for the individual contracts the buyer runs through it.
