L&Q Housing Trust is setting up a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS), a long-term supplier list, for brickwork, blockwork, and scaffolding services on their new-build housing projects across London and the South East. They'll use this list to run mini-competitions for individual projects as they arise.

What the buyer wants

• Supply and/or install brickwork, blockwork, and various types of scaffolding (tube & clip, system scaffolding) • Provide associated works including stone banding, cavity insulation, fire barriers, lintels, DPC, and shelf angles • Offer labour-only services, supply-and-fix, or both • Respond to project-specific tenders through their In-Tend e-procurement portal when invited
