Suppliers can apply to join at any time, and L&Q will call off work orders from admitted suppliers as projects need them.

• Supply and install architectural metalwork (balconies, railings, metallic features, etc.) for new affordable housing developments • Meet pre-qualification criteria and pass a Self-Certification Questionnaire (SSQ) to be admitted to the DPS • Respond promptly to tender enquiries and deliver competitive pricing on individual call-off orders • Maintain good performance KPI scores and financial health throughout the framework period
