• Provide a high standard of cleaning with daily quality checks, daily contact with the college representative at each site, and a flexible, proactive approach that works the hours best suited to the college. • Supply all staff with Enhanced DBS checks, college ID badges and company branded workwear, along with their own equipment and cleaning products that meet relevant public services specifications, stored in designated locked cupboards. • Report any vandalism, graffiti or maintenance issues to college staff daily, keep supervisors non-working so that teams are monitored, and carry out deep cleans during college holidays by agreement (excluding the two-week Christmas closure).
