What the buyer wants
• Provide housing maintenance and repair services for both occupied tenanted properties and vacant/void properties • Offer both planned maintenance (scheduled work) and reactive maintenance (emergency/urgent repairs) • Provide compliance services including fire safety inspections, electrical testing, and asbestos management • Optionally offer whole-home retrofit services for energy efficiency and Net Zero goals (with PAS 2030/35 certification) • Optionally provide housing portfolio management services to handle move-ins/outs, property disposals, and centralised repair request management
