This contract is only for vaccine manufacturers and specialist pharmaceutical suppliers, if you are not a licensed vaccine producer or authorized distributor with regulatory approval for COVID-19 products, you cannot participate. Small independent builders, cleaners, electricians, or general traders will be completely ineligible.

This is a Dynamic Purchasing System: an open list of approved suppliers. You can apply to join at any time while it runs, and once accepted you can bid for the individual contracts the buyer runs through it.
