What the buyer wants
• Deliver management surveys, refurbishment/demolition surveys, re-inspection surveys, and emergency asbestos surveys across residential and operational properties • Sample suspected asbestos-containing materials (ACMs) and arrange bulk sample analysis • Provide electronic survey data, reports, and recommendations to support asbestos risk management and the client's asbestos register • Manage resident access, liaise professionally with residents and NPH staff, and provide responsive/urgent attendance when asbestos damage is suspected
