Likely requirements
Our reading of the notice. Always check the tender documents.
This is a very large contract (£20m total) requiring significant infrastructure, trained clinical or social care staff, and experience with vulnerable young people: most single-trader tradespeople and small maintenance businesses will not meet the requirements. You must bid for only one lot and show you can deliver 24/7 services across Greater Manchester.
How to bid
This is a framework: the buyer picks a set of suppliers now and awards work to them over several years. If you are not on it when it is awarded, you usually cannot win work from it until it is re-tendered, so this is the window to bid.
