What the buyer wants
• Provide specialist services across one or more of 20 lots, ranging from stock condition surveys and fire risk assessments (Theme 1) through structural and external works (Theme 2), kitchen/bathroom and repairs (Theme 3), electrical and heating installations including heat pumps and solar (Theme 4), and specialist works like asbestos removal and fencing (Theme 5) • Demonstrate qualified staff with relevant accreditations: surveyors for condition work; energy assessors for EPCs and retrofit assessments; fire safety competence under BS 8674 for high-risk buildings; qualified electricians and heating engineers; asbestos surveyors where applicable • Be capable of working on both domestic and non-domestic properties, including high-rise residential buildings, and comply with fire safety and building safety legislation

This is a large framework covering 20 lots with multiple specialisms: you cannot bid on all lots unless you genuinely offer all services (surveys, structural work, electrical, heating, asbestos removal, etc.). Most small businesses will only qualify for 1-3 lots. If you do not hold relevant professional accreditations (RICS, energy assessor, fire safety, gas safe, part P, etc.) or public liability insurance, you will be rejected immediately.
How to bid
This is a Dynamic Purchasing System: an open list of approved suppliers. You can apply to join at any time while it runs, and once accepted you can bid for the individual contracts the buyer runs through it.
