Choice Housing Ireland is looking for a complete design team (architects, engineers, project managers) to design a new social housing development at Clarawood House in Belfast. The work covers everything from site analysis through to the finished building, following standard RIBA design stages. Construction is expected to start in 2027/28.

What the buyer wants

• Provide a lead Project Architect to coordinate the entire design team • Deliver Mechanical and Electrical Engineering design, Civil and Structural Engineering design, and prepare all contract and tender documents • Manage the design through RIBA Stages 0 to 4, handle planning applications, CDM regulations compliance, cost planning and quality inspections • Support the housing association during construction and after completion, including acting as NEC4 Supervisor and Principal Designer
