What could rule a small business out: A small business could be ruled out if it cannot show a proven track record and good progression into employment, if its submission is incomplete or incorrectly completed, if it fails the Due Diligence checks, or if it scores below 150/300 on the procurement questions, as the College reserves the right not to award in these cases and a 20% management fee applies to any award.
