London and Quadrant Housing Trust is setting up a supplier panel (called a Dynamic Purchasing System) to provide valuation services to housing associations and public sector bodies. They're looking for valuers who can handle either property development and asset management work, or commercial property valuations, or both.

What the buyer wants

• Provide professional valuation services in either Lot 1 (Development and Asset Management) or Lot 2 (Commercial) or both • Pass a Selection Questionnaire (SQ) to prove your experience, qualifications, and financial standing • Respond to individual requests for proposals (RFPs) when L&Q or other authorized users need a valuation done
