Requirements
What could rule a small business out: This contract is almost certainly too specialised for most small trades. It requires expertise in employment support for people in substance abuse treatment programmes, not building, cleaning, or traditional trades work. You would need an established team with IPS training and experience in vulnerable adult employment support.
