In plain English

Historic Environment Scotland wants a graphic designer to create the visual design for their official souvenir guidebooks and other retail publications they sell. This is about making these publications look attractive and professional.

What the buyer wants

• Design the layout, typography, and visual appearance of souvenir guidebooks • Design other retail publications for Historic Environment Scotland • Deliver graphic design work that meets professional publication standards

Requirements

What could rule a small business out: This contract favours graphic design specialists, so a tradesperson without professional design portfolio and publishing experience would struggle to compete, though small design agencies or freelancers could bid.
