• Supply natural gas and electricity (both metered and unmetered) to public sector organisations on fixed-term, fixed-price contracts • Either run mini-competitions with individual customers (Lot 1) or provide pre-set pricing lists that councils can order from directly (Lot 2) • Demonstrate excellent service delivery and ability to develop long-term partnerships with multiple public bodies
