Likely requirements
Our reading of the notice. Always check the tender documents.
This is a highly technical, multi-disciplinary framework requiring expertise across utilities, renewables, building systems and compliance: most individual small trades will not qualify unless they specialise in one specific area (e.g. solar installation, EV charging) AND can demonstrate public sector experience and relevant professional accreditation.
How to bid
This is a Dynamic Purchasing System: an open list of approved suppliers. You can apply to join at any time while it runs, and once accepted you can bid for the individual contracts the buyer runs through it.
