South Lanarkshire Council is setting up a 10-year arrangement for Early Learning and Childcare (ELC) providers. If you run an ELC service, you can apply to join their approved list. Parents will then choose which provider they use, and the council pays you set rates for the funded hours you deliver.

This contract is only open to existing Early Learning and Childcare providers who can meet Scottish national standards and regulations. If you are not currently registered or qualified to deliver childcare, you cannot apply. You must also accept whatever rates the Council sets, which you cannot negotiate.
