London and Quadrant Housing Trust is looking for suppliers of bathroom fixtures (toilets, sinks, baths, etc.) to provide them for new-build housing developments and major refurbishment projects. They will appoint at least two suppliers on a framework agreement lasting several years.
What the buyer wants
• Supply sanitaryware products (bathroom fittings) for two separate lots: new build housing and major refurbishment/works projects • Provide fixed pricing for at least 12 months from the start of the framework • Deliver social value equivalent to 1% of the end-of-year contract value (e.g. local employment, community benefit, sustainability initiatives) • Participate in a three-stage selection process: initial questionnaire, tender submission, and potentially negotiations with best and final offer stage
