What the buyer wants
• Supply approximately 2,000 cleanroom mops (dry, non-impregnated, at least double-wrapped) with flexibility to scale up or down based on demand • Process around 1,000 mops per week and maintain them to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and GLP (Good Laboratory Practice) standards • Provide mops with full documentation including certificates of conformity and sterility assurance, suitable for grades B-D cleanrooms • Offer training and technical support (in person or remote) whenever needed
Requirements
What could rule a small business out: You will almost certainly be disqualified unless you already have GMP and GLP accreditation, significant experience processing pharmaceutical cleanroom textiles, and can provide third-party certification of sterility and contamination control. This is not an entry-level contract.
