Vico Homes (a housing association) is looking for a training provider to deliver Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) qualifications and apprenticeships to their staff and learners. They need someone to run courses at levels 3, 4 and 5, with approximately 10-20 learners per year across different programmes.

What the buyer wants

• Deliver and assess CIH Level 3, 4 and 5 qualifications in housing services, housing management, and housing maintenance using the commercial route • Provide apprenticeship routes for Level 3 and Level 4 Housing/Property Management (to be procured through the YPO Framework) • Run one cohort per year for CIH Level 3 Certificate in Housing Practice with 10+ learners, up to 10 learners per year for Level 4 qualifications, and 1-2 learners per year for Level 5 • Ideally offer additional training programmes relevant to the social housing sector

Requirements

What could rule a small business out: You will almost certainly be disqualified if you are not an approved CIH training provider or do not hold current CIH accreditation to deliver these specific qualifications, and if you are not registered on or willing to join the YPO Framework Agreement for the apprenticeship element.
