The government is setting up a marketplace for apprenticeship training providers to supply training and assessment services to public sector organizations. Suppliers must already be registered with the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) to participate in this 9.5-year system, which ends in October 2028.
What the buyer wants
• Provide apprenticeship training and qualifications aligned with government Apprenticeship Standards • Conduct End Point Assessments (EPAs) to evaluate apprentice competency • Deliver related support services such as coaching, mentoring, or curriculum development • Maintain ESFA registration and compliance throughout the contract period
