Arts Council England wants a supplier to run a project where a group of young people chooses and commissions an artist to create artwork and resources for schools taking part in the Artsmark programme. The project will also design a new Artsmark Award certificate to mark the programme's 25th anniversary in 2026/27. The brief is to put young people's voices at the centre of the work.
