How TenderRoad works

TenderRoad runs a daily ingestion of every new notice published on Contracts Finder and Find a Tender. Each one is read, classified by sector and region, and summarised into plain English so you can tell in seconds whether it is relevant.

Every contract is then scored against your business profile. The qualification engine checks the things that actually decide whether you can win: whether the sector genuinely matches what you do, whether the contract sits within your region, whether your turnover clears the buyer's likely financial threshold, whether you hold the accreditations the contract is likely to require, and whether the buyer has a track record of awarding to businesses your size.

You get an honest verdict rather than a match percentage dressed up as encouragement. If a contract is out of reach because your turnover is too low or you are missing a mandatory accreditation, TenderRoad tells you that and explains why, so you do not waste twenty hours writing a bid you were never going to win.

Alerts go out for high-scoring contracts as they appear, with deadline reminders as closing dates approach and a weekly digest of everything relevant. You can track the contracts you are bidding for through a simple pipeline.
